Art Director Assistant – Color Specialist

We are looking for a Art Director Assistant - Color Specialist to join our amazing Action Webtoon Production team!
Responsibilities :
- Assist the art director in guiding the coloring process for each webtoon project.
- Develop consistent coloring styles across various webtoons, ensuring high-quality visual output.
- Collaborate closely with the art director, team leader, and art editor to establish and maintain coloring standards and techniques.
- Provide feedback and guidance to junior colorists, ensuring adherence to project aesthetics.
- If there is no pitching or R&D activity at the time, or if there’s an urgent need, the role will involve supporting quality control for coloring tasks or directly assisting with coloring other projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative coloring techniques where applicable.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a colorist in webtoons, specifically in the action fantasy genre. Experience in romance fantasy is also a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital coloring relevant to these genres.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, ultimately Clip Studio Paint, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of color theory and its application to enhance storytelling.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of creativity.
- Proficiency in written English to understand client request.
- Must work on-site at the office starting January 2025.

Benefits:
- Kisai will cover travel expenses for candidates relocating from outside the Jakarta-Depok-Tangerang-Bekasi (JADETABEK) area.
- Accommodation for the first month will be provided for those relocating from outside JADETABEK.
Compensation:
- Salary range of 8-10 million IDR, based on experience and qualifications.
