We are looking for a Finishing Artist to join our amazing Webtoon production team!
Responsibilities:
- Apply finishing touches, effects, and rendering to the provided color files for 65-70 panels of the webtoon, based on the genre
- Ensure that the coloring aligns with the direction provided by the Art Director.
- Maintain consistent quality and coloring throughout the episodes.
- Collaborate with the editor and publisher on revisions and incorporate their feedback.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English both written and verbal.
- Ability to work as a freelance artist from a remote location.
- Demonstrate active communication skills and maintain a professional approach.
- Ideally, not engaged in other professional activities such as office or school commitments.
- Possess at least 1 year of experience in the comic industry is a plus.
- Have a strong understanding of color theory and composition.
- Willingness to adapt your coloring style as required.
- Proficiency in Clip Studio Paint is essential.
- Understand and embrace the revision process as an integral part of the production, and be open to learning from it.
