We are seeking a skilled individual to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities :
- Search, find, and recruit talented artists who match the company’s talent and HR needs.
- Build networks with artists both individuals and communities for the purpose of recruiting new artists and talent listing.
- Conduct Portfolio Reviews to find Artists that fit the needs of the project.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment process; including data selection, sending tests, screening, replying to inquiries, inviting interviews, to acceptance and rejection.
- Compile a database of prospective artists and artists working with the company based on their specialties.
- Negotiating with artists to get an agreement on their salary, benefits, and scope of work.
- Ensure that employment contract documents and other administration are completed in a timely manner and the contents are in accordance with the agreed procedures and clauses.
Requirements :
- At least 1-2 Years of experience in recruitment, HR, or art/design community (Comic community preferred)
- Knowledge of comic trends and popular platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal English and Indonesian communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Friendly, proactive, solution oriented, have good communication skills and eager to learn
- Expert in operating recruitment support platforms such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Discord, etc.
- Have an interest in the webtoon field.
- Indonesian citizen
- Must work in Kisai office in West Jakarta during working hours.
- Additional understanding of local and international comic markets is a plus.
