We are looking for a talented individual to undertake the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities :
- Assist the Art Director in guiding the overall visual process for each webtoon project, particularly from storyboard to line art.
- Develop and maintain consistent art styles across multiple webtoon projects, ensuring high-quality visual output.
- Collaborate closely with the Art Director, Team Leader, and Art Editor to establish and uphold the project’s visual standards.
- Provide feedback and mentorship to junior artists to ensure alignment with the project’s aesthetics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative art styles and visual techniques where applicable.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a webtoon artist or comic artist, preferably in the action fantasy genre (experience in romance fantasy is a plus).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in storyboarding and sketching relevant to these genres.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, or equivalent tools.
- Excellent understanding of gesture and anatomy, visual storytelling and pacing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of creativity.
- Must be willing to work full-time on-site at Kisai Office, Cengkareng, West Jakarta, Indonesia.
