We are looking for a Lead Project Manager to join our amazing Production team!
Responsibilities :
We are seeking a skilled individual to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead, Supervise, and/or control the Project Managers so that the Projects held are in accordance with the targets set by Kisai and Production Documents;
- Provide training to project managers;
- Take every precaution against potential and recovery from disruptions to production activities and schedules;
- Periodically inspect the condition of each artist, editor, and/or other party in connection with the provision of the Services and take any action that is professionally reasonable necessary so that the work of the artist, editor, and/or other party in connection with the provision of the Services is completed and delivered within the time period specified in the Production Documents;
- Supervise and/or control any assistants involved in a project or production of the Deliverables to perform their duties properly and in accordance with the schedule specified in the Production Documents;
- Check and verify the monthly invoices of each artist and assistant on a predetermined date each month;
- Conveying information, which is professionally reasonable to be known by and to the client of Kisai, in relation to the cooperation between Kisai and its client;
- Make suggestions regarding the provision of Services, production procedures and/or other matters that may improve effectiveness or efficiency; and
- Remind any artist, editor and/or other party in connection with the provision of the Services to always follow Kisai’s Standard Operating Procedures.
Requirements :
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Fluent in english both oral and written are a must
- Have at least 2-3 year experience working in creative industry (especially game or webtoon industry)
- Having tangible proof of managing experience will be a big plus (E.g: project scheduling, time table, etc.)
- Have a great sense of time management and people management
- Able to maintain regular communication using SNS like Line, Slack, and any other necessary means
- Referral person that can give you recommendations may become a plus. Must also give their contacts
- Must be willing to work fulltime in Kisai Office, Cengkareng, West Jakarta, Indonesia
