We are seeking a skilled individual to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities :
- Review, Evaluate, and Mentor other Kisai Main Artists based on company needs
- Develop, innovate, design, and implement various learning methods for other main artists so they can become full fledged main artists (e.g. coaching, training)
- Provide key input for recruitment and onboarding process for future main artists in Kisai
- Create and develop materials and assets for main artist
- Able to work efficiently within tight deadlines
Requirements :
- Have at least 2 years of experience in the comic industry, especially webtoon.
- Possess excellent communication skills both in english and indonesian and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Currently not engaged in any other professional activities, such as office or school commitments.
- Ability to work fulltime in the office.
- Not currently committed to any other webtoon projects.
- Demonstrate a consistent art style with a strong understanding of perspective, gesture, and angles.
- Able to foretale script into storyboard
- Willingness to adapt your style towards Korean and Japan.
- Able to use and have Proficiency in Clip Studio Paint and Photoshop is essential.
- Understand and embrace the revision process as an integral part of the production and be open to learning from it.
- Willingness and initiative to share your knowledge regarding the job as Webtoon main artist to others.
