We are looking for a talented individual to undertake the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities :
- Design and create monster concepts, including animals, creature-type monsters, and humanoid monsters with less than 70% human proportion (e.g., goblins, demons, etc.).
- Produce monster sketches for webtoon production based on the provided storyboard.
- Work on approximately 15–30 panels per chapter (may vary depending on project needs).
- Adhere to approximately 2–3 days deadline per chapter, including revisions as required.
- Ensure consistency and quality of monster designs throughout the series.
- Collaborate with the editor on revisions and incorporate their feedback.
Requirements :
- Proficiency in Clip Studio Paint is essential.
- Ability to work up to lineart is considered a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, proportion, and dynamic creature design.
- Actively communicate and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Preferably not engaged in other professional commitments (e.g., office work or school activities).
- Ideally has at least 1 year of experience in the comic or illustration industry.
- Capable of adapting designs to match the webtoon’s visual style and narrative.
- Understand and embrace the revision process as an integral part of the production and be open to learning from it.
