We are seeking a skilled individual to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the Talent and Office Divisions within the company in their daily operations, and set targets for them based on relevant requirements.
- Responsible for reviewing and ensuring all contracts are well-written and their context aligns with the intended purpose.
- Communicate with legal representatives regarding any legal needs or issues, as well as necessary actions and legal documents.
- Report to the General Manager on the performance of the supervised divisions over time, address emerging issues, and propose solutions.
- Supervise General Affairs and ensure the office environment is well-maintained.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3-5 years in operational management or a related position.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to review contracts and identify and resolve operational issues.
- Understanding of contract law and relevant regulations.
- Experience in managing divisions and ensuring efficient operations.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and divisions simultaneously.
- Precision in reviewing documents and contracts.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and meet set targets.
- Proficiency in relevant management software like Google workspace and Microsoft office.
- Strong people and negotiation skills.
