We are seeking a skilled individual to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities :
- Search, find, and recruit talented artists who match the company’s talent and HR needs.
- Build networks with artists both individuals and communities for the purpose of recruiting new artists and talent listing.
- Conduct Portfolio Reviews to find Artists that fit the needs of the project.
- Compile a database of prospective artists and artists working with the company based on their specialties.
Requirements :
- Out Going Active Person
- Knowledge of comic trends and popular platforms.
- Good interpersonal English and Indonesian communication skills
- Friendly, proactive, solution oriented, have good communication skills and eager to learn
- Have an interest in the webtoon field.
- Indonesian citizen
- Must work in Kisai office in West Jakarta during working hours.
- Additional understanding of local and international comic markets is a plus.
- Max 25 tahun
