We are seeking a skilled individual to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities :
Sales & Closing
- Identify and pursue potential B2C customers (e.g., students, creators, and freelancers).
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM tools to track leads and conversions, such as WhatsApp, Mekari Qontak, Instagram and email.
- Occasionally present and pitch KY Academy’s profile, programs, and opportunities to prospective partners.
- Occasionally join a promotion or sales event to promote programs and close deals.
Marketing Planning and Creation
- Collaborate with the marketing division to develop and execute short and long-term marketing strategies for new batches, marketing programs, classes and teachers promotions, or other campaigns.
- Create engaging marketing content for social media, web, and offline events (e.g., short videos, captions, etc).
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, business, operational) to align marketing goals with content schedules.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements :
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in the educational or comic industry.
Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM platforms).
- Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva, Capcut, or basic video editing apps.
- Knowledge and passion for webtoons, digital comics, or visual storytelling is highly preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage projects under tight deadlines.
Preferred
- Experience with academic or educational industry and marketing.
- Familiarity with the art, webtoon and educational market and network.
Work Conditions:
