We are looking for a talented individual to undertake the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities :
- May handle 1-3 titles
- Manage our writer’s schedule and make sure that they finish their scripts on time
- Communicate with the art team and client regarding anything story-related
- Ensure the quality of our scripts is top-notch and adheres to basic story rules (logical, consistent, grammatically correct, in-character, enticing dialogues, ect)
- Research topics and help the writers develop their stories
- Be able to understand the webtoon market and trends and use it to build an engaging story
- Organize and ensure that stories and scripts that have been created or will be created by the Writer are good enough to proceed to the production stage;
- Communicate with Writer to ensure revisions are done as instructed;
- Assist in checking the storyboard to ensure the storyboard is in accordance with the script written;
Requirements :
- An avid webtoon reader
- Indonesian Nationality
- Understands storytelling techniques and how to create interesting dialogue
- Able to communicate well – both internal (team, company) and external (clients)
- Fluent in English (written and orally)
- Having experience in editing webtoon scripts/novels is preferable
- Have knowledge in writing romance and action stories.
