Turning Every Milestone Into Something Meaningful

To celebrate the people behind every completed chapter, Kisai created the Jar of Achievement (JOA), an internal appreciation program designed to celebrate every contribution throughout the production journey.

Every completed chapter is converted into points that can later be redeemed for shared experiences, from team dinners and escape room challenges, to staycations in Bandung.

JOA is more than a reward system. It reflects our belief that every completed chapter represents the collective effort of people who support one another behind the scenes.
