Ciater, Kisaient.com – November 24, 2024 – From the start of 2024, Kisai Entertainment introduced the Jar of Achievement (JOA) program, designed to spark motivation and team work by turning collective milestones into something tangible and fun. Through this initiative, every achievement—big or small—added points to the jar, and as the year unfolded, those efforts paid off in something truly rewarding: a 3-day, 2-night staycation in Ciater to celebrate and recharge!

Our adventure started with a visit to Orchid Forest Cikole, a beautiful destination full of exciting activities. Whether it was zipping across the forest on a flying fox, hanging out with the animals at the pet zoo, trying mini golf, enjoying the cozy cafes, or snapping pictures at every scenic spot, there was something for everyone to enjoy. 

At La Berza Resort, where we stayed for two nights, the fun continued. The cozy setting was perfect for team bonding, with plenty of time spent playing games, sharing stories, and even watching movies together. The highlight of the first evening was undoubtedly our BBQ night, where we celebrated our year’s hard work over delicious grilled food and laughter. 

Despite the rain that accompanied us every day, our preparation and teamwork ensured nothing dampened the fun. Even rain couldn’t dampen our spirits; our itinerary didn’t stop there! The second day, we also explored the famous Floating Market Lembang, enjoying delicious snacks, strolling through the attractions, and soaking in the unique atmosphere. Near the resort, activities like paintball, archery, rafting, horseback riding, and target shooting offered even more ways to have fun for those seeking adventure.

This staycation wasn’t just about relaxing; it was a heartfelt reward for the countless milestones we achieved together throughout the year. It showcased Kisai’s commitment to appreciating the team—not just through rewards but through shared experiences that strengthen our bond. As we look forward to 2025, we’re more motivated than ever to set new milestones and reach even greater heights.
